"Taxation, Bookkeeping and Holding Entities and their Impact on Real Estate Investors"

Wednesday , August 9th, 2006
Fremont Marriott , 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

"TAXATION, BOOKKEEPING AND HOLDING ENTITIES and their impact on Real Estate Investors"

My name is John Hyre. I am a tax attorney, accountant and active real estate investor. Taxes are probably your #1 expense. I'd like to help you change that. As a tax attorney, accountant and real estate investor, I'm well equipped to do just that.

On Wednesday, August 9th, I will cover the basics of how to legally and ethically lower your taxes. The speech will be full of substance, not sales hype. You will learn what the IRS is good at, what it's not good at, and how to take advantage of both situations. You will learn how to squeeze the most out of depreciation, which entities are best for you and how to get the deductions you deserve. You will learn about IRS penalties - and how to avoid them. I will also teach you how to prepare for an audit and why it's not something to be afraid of.

With your indulgence, I will take just 10 minutes of the presentation to tell you why my course, The Real Estate Investors KISS Guide to Bookkeeping will save you far more than its cost. That's it. Ten minutes of crass marketing and ninety minutes of dead-on substance. You can't help but make money by showing up!

In addition, on Saturday August 12th, I will present an all day workshop at the San Ramon Marriott Hotel to supplement my course. We will walk through the life of a real estate company and learn how to make the bookkeeping entries, how to take advantage of deductions, and how to end up on top if the IRS comes knocking. All the while, I will answer your questions, so that you walk away understanding your business, your books and how to keep the IRS out of both.

Spending all day with a $225 per hour professional whose specialty is real estate taxation, the workshop is a steal at the price of only $97 per person. If you intend to keep what you make and do business without fear, the workshop is a must!
