Real Estate Investment Expo on May 5th and 6th at the San Ramon Marriott a coming attraction for real estate investors.
SAN RAMON, Calif., March 28, 2006. National Wealth Builders (NWBU) has put together a unique Real Estate Investment Expo in collaboration with the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce and Prolific Concepts. The Expo starts at 10 am on Friday May 5th with a Cinco de Mayo celebration in the evening. The event will continue through Saturday May 6th until 7 pm.
The expo includes a trade show with over 70 booths showcasing many properties from across the U.S. and hot international real estate markets like France and Panama that are becoming popular with US real estate investors. According to the April, 2006 issue of Business 2.0, “Global cross-border investment hit a record $455 billion in 2005. What’s driving the growth? Investors in many countries are scouring the globe for better returns.”
The keynote speaker is Kendra Todd, an innovative real estate entrepreneur and the winner of Donald Trump's hit TV show "The Apprentice.” Other top national speakers include Louis Brown, aka, “King of Cash Flow” a sophisticated real estate investor who has been quoted by “The Wall Street Journal” and “Smart Money” Magazine, and Tom Phelan a good speaker on self directed IRAs and best selling author whose book “Rich Realtor Poor Realtor” is dedicated to turning Real Estate agents into successful real estate investors. Among the learning opportunities and workshops the conference will provide real estate professionals the opportunity to earn CE Credits by attending some of the workshops that are being offered.
A panel of national and international real estate investment experts will share their knowledge about real estate investing with moderator Mike Sarwari, NWBU's COO.
