Silicon Valley Real Estate Conference and Trade Show November 2nd at the Santa Clara Marriott
DANVILLE, California, November 1. National Wealth Builders (NWBU) has put together a unique Real Estate Investment Conference and Trade Show that will take place on Wednesday November 2nd, 2005 at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
The Trade Show starting at 2 pm will provide real estate investment opportunities showcasing many properties from across the U.S. and from International areas like France where there is cash flow properties. According to a recent article in AboutProperty.co.uk "Property investments in France are outperforming those in the UK, Spain and Florida, new research shows."
The conference will start with a panel of Real Estate Investment Experts on stage from 4 pm to 5 pm sharing their passion about real estate investment with Mike Sarwari, NWBU's Chief Operating Officer. Experts from the U.S. include Don McClain, Managing Partner for Freedom Capital Ltd, Babatunde M. White of BMW Funding and Investment Group, and Del Hargis, Marketing Director for RealSource. The panel includes big names in Real Estate like KB Home one of the nation's leading builders and the number one House builder in France. On the panel is Bouygues Immobilier a leader in Real Estate promotion in Europe, and Propriete "Direct" France represented by Danny Silver from Paris, France.
“An Evening with the Superstars of Real Estate”, will follow at 5 pm after the panel discussion and features Kendra Todd, the Winner of Donald Trump's hit NBC TV show "The Apprentice." The second speaker is Loral Langemeier "The Millionaire Maker," featured on CBS TV "Extreme Financial Makeover". Loral has helped a number of people become financially successful. The third speaker is Andy Heller, author of "Buy Low, Rent Smart, Sell High" ranked number two on Fortune magazine's list of recommended books on real estate investing.
